Natasha has worked for a local authority for several years, managing a team of full-time and part-time youth workers supporting and enabling them to develop and co-ordinate a range of youth work provision across a district.  Leading in developing a number of targeted projects focussing on community engagement, working with young people at risk of exclusion, work with young people who are currently not in education or employment and the delivery of a number of PHSE programmes in and out of local schools.

Natasha’s experience of working within educational settings with educators has cultivated her competencies in creating training programmes underpinned by the national curriculum with clear, explicit learning outcomes and evidence. She works regularly with Educational and Skills Departments and understands the detailed quality assurance framework required for educational establishments. She is also the lead Safeguarding operational manager for her local county.

Natasha has co-developed and co-delivered social media training courses and resources for the last three years.  Recently planning and facilitating an International Social Media Conference which was attended by delegates from Hong Kong, CEOP and statutory and charities services across the UK.  Natasha  is currently working as an associate for Online Youth Outreach where she delivers training and consultancy services for professionals working with young people.
